Valashouse - Athens

We booked this charming and beautiful apartment for 2 nights and this whole time felt safe. There was a fully equipped kitchen, so we mostly cooked breakfast ourselves. Had comfortable bed, electric blankets and hypo-allergenic pillows.

This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the amazing amenities. The size of the apartment was great, and it was spotlessly clean. We loved having a fully fitted kitchen, complete with a BBQ on the balcony! The extras provided, like the fruit bowl and water/juice in the fridge, were such a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, from basic condiments to herbs, tea, coffee, and even aluminum foil. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted with our luggage. We were provided with plenty of towels, and the overall experience was just fantastic!

The Valashouse in Athens exceeded all expectations. The host, Babis, was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our arrival time, making sure we had the best options for our early morning flight. The apartment itself was top-notch, easily fitting four people and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The highlight was the huge balcony-terrace overlooking a serene garden, complete with a propane BBQ and chimney. The location was convenient, with a metro station just a 3-minute walk away and a supermarket nearby. Getting to the city center took only 20 minutes by metro. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable, especially with the elevator access at all metro stations.

We had a fantastic stay at Valashouse! Babis, our host, was amazing. He kept in touch with us throughout our late evening arrival and even recommended a great restaurant nearby. the apartment was cozy and had a well, equipped kitchen. We loved the wonderful terrace, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing. the location was convenient, just a 3, minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to reach the city center in about 8, 9 stops. We highly recommend Valashouse for both short and long stays. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

And we absolutely loved the handmade cookies! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the subway station, making it easy to visit all the sights. The staff, including the maid who had super powers, were all very friendly. We even left our camera charger behind and they sent it to our next location via courier. The facilities and services provided were top-notch, from the complimentary fruits and drinks to the essential appliances in the apartment. we had a mind-blowing stay and Valashouse will definitely be our first choice for our next visit.

Also, the three spacious bedrooms provided plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Athens.

Although the bathrooms were well-stocked with complimentary toiletries, I personally found that they lacked a bit of space. However, I understand that others might not mind this and still find it sufficient.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more recreational activities available for the children.
